I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experiential training and trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS).  IFS is an evidence-based therapy that works well with eating disorders, complex trauma, anxiety and depression.  I have worked previously at the Betty Ford Center for over 12 years and have a deep understanding of addiction and the effects on family. I am also trained in child therapy and work with children and their families.  My office is centrally located in Palm Desert.

My fees are $200 for Individuals and $250 for Couples or Families.

what to do,
we have come to our real work,
and when we no longer know which way to go,
we have begun our real journey.”
